Jingtora's wife (Jingsheng's sister) committed suicide along with 14 maids.
At noon on March 24, 1579, Kagetora committed suicide in Samegao Castle, and his name was Tokugenin Kaoshan Jogen.
Note: Genan’s daughter returned to Hojo and became Ujiji’s wife. Starting from the Hojo clan Yasufu clan, he pretended to be the famous Hojo clan of the Taira clan, and used the scale shape of Hojo as the family crest. The three generations expanded their territory and worked hard, annexing almost the entire Eight Kanto Kingdoms (country, an ancient Japanese administrative unit, also known as a state, generally called a country, the whole of Japan was divided into seven provinces at most, sixty-six countries), and established order A well-organized independent kingdom. The reign of Ujiyasu was the heyday of the Hojo clan. (Hojo has a dragon as his family crest, so Hojo Uyasu appears in the image of a dragon in later animations.)
[Hojo Brothers] Hojo Uyasu has seven sons, except those who were given to the Uesugi family as adopted sons. Saburo's four most famous sons are collectively known as the "Four Hojo Brothers": Ushibang, Ushiteru, Ushigui, and Uzizheng. Among them, Ujimasa inherited the Ujiyasu family business. In 1590, Toyotomi Hideyoshi, who had unified most of Japan, marched 300,000 troops eastward and surrounded Odawara Castle. Hojo Ushimasa, Ujinao and his son, who relied too much on defending the castle, were eventually destroyed. Since Kenshin had no heirs during his lifetime, soon after Kenshin's death, the family split into the Kage Sheng sect and the Kagetora sect. As the two factions vigorously competed for the right to ascend the throne, the famous "Okan Rebellion" finally broke out.
Kingsheng acted quickly. On March 15th, claiming to be "Kenxin Gong's last words", he preemptively occupied Kasugayama Castle's main pill, treasury, weapons depot and other important places. On the 24th of the same month, Announced as Kenshin's successor and the new governor of the Uesugi family. Then the two sides began their first conflict on May 5. Kagetora and his wife fled Kasugayama Castle and came to the home of Kensei Yamauchi Uesugi, the former Kanto governor who had been living in Echigo since the 21st year of Tenmon. The residence hall and the imperial hall stick to it.
As Kagetora's head clan, the Hojo clan also responded quickly. His brother Hojo Umasa asked Takeda Katsuyori to rescue Kagetora, and Katsuyori generously agreed, and sent troops to the border between the two countries on May 29th. However, when Kage Sheng occupied Kasugayama, he also inherited Kenshin's huge gold and silver. Takeda Katsuyori agreed to negotiate peace and withdraw his troops under favorable conditions such as ceding Ueno, ten thousand taels of gold, and marrying Katsuyori's sister. There is a story that Jing Sheng also bribed Katsuyori's important ministers Nagasaka Nagasaki and Atobe Daisuke with 2,000 taels of gold each, asking them to give him advice.
Due to Katsuyori's withdrawal, in early September, Ujiteru and Ujibuni of the Hojo side went into battle and began the Echigo invasion. Hojo used Kawasawa Castle as a base to attack Sakado Castle and other nearby cities. Just when the fierce battle was about to come to an end, on February 1, the seventh year of Tianzheng, Jing Sheng launched a general attack on the imperial palace in the continuous heavy snow. The hero Hojo Kagehiro (Chōkuni), known as "Oniya Goro" in the Kagetsuki, who can ride a thousand horses, was also begged by Ogita's master (Sunjuro) in the Kagetsuki with a gun. Although Kagetora's position had been fought hard for more than a month, reinforcements from Odawara were delayed due to heavy snow.
Finally on March 17, the Imperial Palace was captured. On that day, Kenmasa Uesugi, who was on Kagetora's side, took Kagetora's eldest son, nine-year-old Domanmaru, to Kasugayama Castle for peace talks. On the way, he was killed by Kagetora at Shiya Pass on the way. Although the defeated Kagetora had escaped and sneaked into Samebi Castle before he fell, the Horie clan, the castle general who was supposed to be the one to rescue him, had already been taken back by Kagekatsu. Kagetora, who was in a dilemma, committed suicide on the 24th of the same month. He was only 27 years old. Years old (some say it is twenty-six years old, no test).
