Bodhi has no trees, and the mirror is not a stage. There was nothing, so there was no dust.
The source of this poem is from the Six Ancestors Tanjing. In order to find out which disciple is qualified to inherit his mantle, Wuzu asked them to write a poem for inspection. So master Huineng, the sixth ancestor, wrote this poem. This son says that we are Buddha-like. Although it is empty, it can shine like sunlight and make our bodies work. Originally, it was pure Buddha nature, but our naive Buddha nature was obscured by our various inverted delusions. Generally speaking, this son saw the Buddha's nature, but didn't see the use of Buddha's nature, so he realized half of it. Later, he listened to Wu Zu tell him the Diamond Sutra. When he heard that "he should have no place to live, but he had an epiphany after seeing the emptiness, he should use Buddha's nature with bodhicitta, otherwise he would fall into evil emptiness, so he wrote a new book: When is self-nature? What self-nature period, this is not birth and death; When is self-nature, it is self-sufficiency; The self-nature of what period has never wavered; When you are self-centered, you can produce all kinds of dharma. The final self-nature is to use our Buddha's nature, which can give birth to Qian Qian's absolutely convenient way to transform all beings. This is the only way for bodhicitta to become a Buddha.
Bodhi is self-nature, and its nature is pure bodhi, which can not be repaired, let alone sculpted.
Bodhi is self-nature, which means that all sentient beings have Buddha nature, and Buddha nature is self-nature. They just experienced fatigue, ignorance, eccentricity, greed, ignorance, worry, changing their minds with the environment, getting lost in a foreign land, and doing all kinds of karma, so Bodhi's self-nature was covered by dark clouds and disappeared all day. But it's gone, but it's still there. Sex is pure bodhi. Remove all karma, and the nature of Bodhi will be revealed. It's just that this karma has accumulated for billions of years, covering layers, and many of them have become habits. As the saying goes, a leopard cannot change his spots, which means his habits are hard to change. Although karma is incredible and habits are hard to change, it is not impossible to change, but difficult to do and firm. From now on, you can get rid of karma from time to time and you can see the truth. It is also irreparable, and it is even more impossible to make a map. Bodhi is self-nature, just there, it can't be done. This is the foundation of our becoming a Buddha. Practice is to get rid of karma and preferences, and Bodhi appears. In addition to getting rid of self-nature, people, sentient beings and longevity in practice are to get rid of differences and ambivalence. Non-phase non-phase, there is a Buddha in the phase, and the phase is different.
Color is empty, and empty is color.
The famous Buddhist saying "color is emptiness, and emptiness is color" contains profound philosophical thoughts. Most people, including scholars, like to joke about it, thinking that color refers to women and emptiness is nothingness or nothingness. He said that monks saw through the world of mortals and regarded women as nothingness or nothingness, so they became monks. In fact, color is not feminine, and emptiness is not nothingness. To understand the true meaning of this sentence, we have to start with the basic teachings of Buddhism. Empty is color, which means that the most fundamental empty is not nothing, but covers everything, including all perception. For example, if we are moving along the time axis, any possibility is bound to happen. Color is emptiness, which makes the human body realize the phenomenon of things, thus realizing that many sufferings and troubles are caused by vanity in people's hearts. Empty is color, so people know that good and evil are circulated by the nature and karma of things.
Careful time is unintentional, unintentional and often used.
This sentence is taken from the evaluation of "a break" by the son of the lazy Zen master. The son-in-law of the lazy Zen master is very good, and everyone likes to quote. Most of them quote four sentences: "When you are careful, it is just unintentional; Unintentionally used, often used is not used. " The complete yazi is eight sentences: "When you are careful, you just don't mean it." The song talks about fame and labor, but it is not important to say it directly; Accidentally used, but often used. Today, saying that there is no intention is different from intention. "When you are working hard, you can't see anything to remember, that is," when you are working hard, you are not using it ". "It is laborious to talk about the Buddha's name in a roundabout way; Pointing directly at the source of the heart, if nothing else, it is not so cumbersome and so heavy. This is "talking about fame and hard work, just say it." "The avenue is invisible and sincere. Although it is invisible, it is always running everywhere; Although everything is its wonderful use, it is hard to find itself.
If I don't go to hell, who will?
Mahayana Buddhism has the brave spirit of "If I don't go to hell, whoever goes to hell", which is one aspect of Buddhism to save all beings from suffering and actively join the WTO. For example, people often say that "eighteen arhats" are people who have achieved positive results, but they don't live in nirvana. Entrusted by Buddha Sakyamuni, they live in the world for the benefit of all beings. It is pointed out here that the practice of Buddhist learners is not only to passively restrain desires and emotions, but to actively hone their will and stimulate their ambitions. When this Buddhist spirit is carried forward in the revolutionary cause, it is to completely get rid of all selfish desires. Only in this way can we move forward carefree. We should not be afraid of all kinds of difficulties and obstacles that may be encountered in the revolutionary process, but also regard them as a good opportunity to hone our fighting spirit. Buddhists often say that there is no result for no reason. If universal redemption is the cause, then suffering is the cause. Only when cause and cause are combined can the yogi be enlightened and get positive results.
