Huanghua Dongzao has a history of 3, years, which can be traced back to the Qin and Han Dynasties. The history contains "Yanzhao Qianshu Jujube", "There has been the mercy of fish and salt jujube since ancient times" and "Zhangwu in Liuxian County (Liuxian and Zhangwu were built in Huanghua area in Qin and Han Dynasties) planted jujube, which was used as food, and the home-made jujube was semi-welcome, rich and rich". In Yuan Shizu, Huanghua winter jujube was planted on a large scale, and the winter jujube forest in Qijiawuguan Village of Huanghua City was formed by planting and developing at this time. Today, there is still the largest and oldest primitive winter jujube forest in the world. There are 167 ancient winter jujube trees in the forest, of which 198 are over 6 years old. Although these ancient winter jujube trees have been weathered, they are still flourishing and fruitful. Juguan Gugong Jujube Garden in Huanghua City is the first and only unit that has been awarded national key cultural relics protection as a tree, which has created a precedent for the protection of key cultural relics of trees in China. Huanghua Dongzao is a geographical origin product of Chinese Dongzao.
