Historical story
In BC 197, Emperor Gaozu Liu Bang led troops to attack Chen Gou-Xi, the monarch of Julu County. Han Xin didn't go because of his good relationship with Chen and his feeling of being knighted. Liu Bang's wife, Lv Hou, listened to rumors and asked Xiao He to trick Han Xin into killing him in Changle Palace. Han Xin regretted not listening to Kuai Tong when he died. Liu Bang wanted to put Kuai Tong to death, but Kuai Tong was acquitted by rhetoric.
