Chunxiao’s poem answer

Spring Dawn

Author Tang Meng Haoran

I sleep in spring without realizing the dawn, and hear the singing of birds everywhere.

The sound of wind and rain at night makes one know how many flowers have fallen.

〖Translation〗

I fell asleep in the lingering spring feeling, and before I knew it it was dawn;

I woke up suddenly, and there were birds chirping everywhere.

In the dark night, there seems to be the sound of rustling wind and rain;

How many flowers have been blown down by the wind and rain?

〖Appreciation〗

The poem allows readers to transform through sounds such as the crow of spring birds, the blowing of spring breeze and rain, and the falling of spring flowers through hearing and then using imaginative thinking methods. To the visual sense, the spring scenery after a night of wind and rain unfolds before your eyes. The concept is very unique. The language of the poem is natural and simple, easy to understand, but also thought-provoking: Unknowingly, another spring morning has come, and unknowingly, flowers have begun to bloom and fall again. Thinking about this annual spring scenery, the emotion of life will arise spontaneously, lingering in my mind in a light or strong way.

"Spring Dawn" shows us a spring scene in the morning after the rain. It seems plain, but it has endless charm. Instead of writing about the blooming flowers or the intoxicating fragrance, I only used a few strokes to vividly outline the strong spring feeling that I felt in an inadvertent moment. The poet rejoices in spring but cherishes spring, and uses cherishing spring as a foil to love spring. His words are simple and meaningful, and his feelings are sincere. From the "sound of wind and rain at night", we can fully imagine the brilliant spring scenery of singing and dancing birds and hundreds of flowers blooming.

〖Notes〗:
