Indus culture:
Wu Tong is known as Qingtong, Wu Bi, Sapphire and Wu Ting. It is one of the earliest famous tree species recorded in China's state-owned poems. The description of the Chinese parasol tree was first found in the pre-Qin literature "The Book of Songs". In the book "What is elegance for the people", there is Feng Huangming, and people are in Pigaogang. The phrase "Wu Tong was born in the morning sun" became the earliest source of the legend of attracting phoenix in Wu Tong.
It shows that at the end of Shang Dynasty and the beginning of Zhou Dynasty, buttonwood was paid attention to by people at that time. Later pre-Qin documents, such as Shangshu, Zhuangzi and Lv Chunqiu, all mentioned buttonwood. During the Spring and Autumn Period, Fu Cha, King of Wu, built a Wu Tong Garden and planted paulownia trees in it. "Liang Ren Fang Yi Ji" contains: Wu Tong Garden is martial arts, and Fu Cha's old garden is also Qinchuan.
