A poem with a long history.

This poem originated in the Western Qin Dynasty, because Bai Juyi praised potato flour.

Potato flour has a long history. According to legend, an old man named Wang Jingzhi ran in the county town at that time, and his family peddled along the street for three generations. Because of its good color, smell and taste, it has won unanimous praise from everyone. It was once a tribute to Liang Wudi's filial piety, and the poet Bai Juyi praised the delicious potato noodle soup after tasting it.
