Xin Qiji's poem Thanksgiving to the Emperor has always been interpreted differently. The author asks himself, "Reading Zhuangzi means that Zhu Huian will die." But reading the whole word seems to have nothing to do with mourning Zhu. Therefore, some people think that this word is purely to express the author's feelings of reading Zhuangzi, and has no intention of mourning Zhu. The words "I heard that Zhu Huian is still alive" in the title may be "exaggerated by later generations". However, Mr. Deng Guangming refuted this statement in Four Volumes of My Family's Xuanci, arguing that "Yun Yun in the first part is the feeling of reading Zhuangzi, and the white-haired sentence in the second part is clearly the one who heard the bad news of an old friend, and Ziyun's next words are more suitable for Zhu Huian's mourning." That is to say, the first film is the author's feeling of reading Zhuangzi, and the second film is a memorial to Zhu, and one sentence is understood as two paragraphs. These seemingly self-deprecating words are actually a denial of Lao Zi and Zhuang Zi's philosophy, which shows that the author read this book with intention and did not really believe in Lao Zi and Zhuang Zi. On the other hand, as far as Zhuang zi is concerned, they advocate "forgetting words to know" while writing books, which shows that they can't forget words themselves. From these two meanings, it is not difficult to realize that the author is actually criticizing the hypocrisy of Laozi and Zhuangzi. Words are very deep. The phrase "it's rainy and sunny today" refers to the weather on the surface, but actually implies that the author has a real understanding of the philosophy of Lao Zi and Zhuang Zi, and has not been confused by it, as if the rain had cleared up and suddenly became enlightened. These two sentences use scenery as a metaphor, without trace. The next three sentences in "A Valley and a Hill" are about his seclusion in the barren hills and wild forests, which seems indifferent and affectionate, but seems broad-minded but actually sad; In particular, the phrase "white hair, few old friends" has sincere feelings and profound implications. Too much white hair is a sigh of time, with a hidden pain of killing ambition; "If there are few old friends", we will see that old friends are all dying and few people are alive. This kind of "more" and "less" fully expresses the author's mourning for others. In this way, the tone of the words naturally transited to mourning for old friend Zhu. The four sentences "Where are the clouds?" In contrast, the latter inherited the Confucian orthodoxy and praised Zhu's articles and works for future generations. It can be seen that the word blends up and down, and the meaning of life is deep, and there are still traces to be found. On the surface, there are few words of positive mourning.
