What are the poems from Qiuyan? What exactly do these two sentences mean? Urgent, ask your superiors for help ~ ~

This is a sentence from Sadducees' Two Poems of Climbing Mountains in Yuan Dynasty, but this poem is not found in dozens of Sadducees' common poems, so I can only find a book "Selected Poems of Sadducees" to look it up. I don't think there is "Yuan Qu Xuan".

The meaning of this sentence is that the sound of spring water in countless valleys spread to the outside of the pine forest, and several rows of yellow leaves of Qiu Shu extended from Yanmenguan.

He, Yin (He), said Wen Gou also, here is the valley.

The wild goose crossing is the wild goose gate.

This is a vivid description of the vast autumn scenery inside and outside the Great Wall.
