Why are many employers and enterprises "difficult to recruit workers" now?

It is said that 400 of the world's top 500 enterprises have set up branches in China, and domestic enterprises have mushroomed, and labor resources are relatively scarce. Third, China's education system is not perfect. Since 1996, with the continuous expansion of university enrollment, a considerable number of people have chosen higher education. Influenced by the traditional idea of "being an official with a high degree of education", a considerable part of these people are unwilling to "get a low position" in the enterprise. Although it is difficult for enterprises to recruit workers, we must also see that there are one or two hundred or even thousands of people competing for a position every time in the civil service examination. Fourth, China's economic development is unscientific, with a large number of redundant constructions and low technical level, and a large number of high-risk and low-income jobs are neglected. Fifth, the emergence of "NEET" in society has also made it difficult for enterprises to recruit workers. Six, with the progress of society, more and more people are employed flexibly, which also aggravates the recruitment difficulties of enterprises to some extent. Enterprise reasons: First, the labor remuneration is low, which is not directly proportional to the employees' efforts, or the wage distribution is unfair. Because many domestic enterprises do not have their own independent brands, the added value of products is low, and there is great pressure to raise employees' wages. Second, the working environment is not ideal and safety cannot be guaranteed. Third, the work pressure is high. Fourth, there is no upward channel for employees within the enterprise, and there is no hope for employees' promotion. Fifth, the management is not standardized and scientific. Personal reasons. First, pursue higher treatment. Everyone expects to get a return commensurate with his contribution and seek to maximize his own value. Second, pursue a better working environment. A good working environment and suitable work can not only make people develop their expertise, but also inspire people to forge ahead, which is conducive to the development of healthy personality. Third, pursue better development space. Employees of modern enterprises pay more attention to the accumulation of professional knowledge and the improvement of business ability, and expect to develop in their business and work. Fourth, realize self-worth. With the strengthening of self-awareness, more and more employees are eager to realize the value of life through their own efforts and opportunities.
