In 1950s, drinkers, with their backs on the river of fine wine, decided to focus on their personal destiny and make a career here. Later, with the unremitting and arduous efforts of generations of drinkers, drinkers born on cliffs crossed the dangerous Sichuan and bumpy roads, and grew into a beautiful "business card" in Xishui County today with simple cultural background, unique brewing technology and sweet and mellow wine flavor. I studied wine since I was a child, and witnessed its ups and downs, high spirits and radical struggle, and also witnessed its innovation in the economic tide, carving quality into the bones, winning the trust with sincerity and winning with quality, and growing into a world-renowned "gentleman's wine". Once a small workshop was transformed into a Shili wine city, integrating wine culture, red culture, salt transportation culture and imperial culture. Red Army Bridge on Chishui River, Erlangtan Ferry on Sidu Chishui River, Xijiu Culture City, Xijiu Hotel and Operation Center complement each other and are spectacular, adjacent to Enze Township.
I often walk alone in the wine culture city. This is the "observation deck" for drinking. Standing by the boat and looking out, the Chishui River flows among the green hills, and rows of wineries are hidden in the green, like the Potala Palace, which is magnificent. The surrounding trees are lush and beautiful pavilions adorn them. The thick fragrance of wine hovers in the sky. With the swift Chishui River, taking a deep breath is like sipping wine, which makes people intoxicated and confused.
Drinking has a long history, which can be traced back to the early Western Han Dynasty. According to Sima Qian's Biography of Southwest Yi in Historical Records, in the sixth year of Emperor Jian Yuan (before 135), the Han Dynasty sent Tang Meng to South Vietnam, specially bypassing the ancient carp department to taste the sweet noodle sauce, and brought it back to Chang 'an to give it to Emperor Wu, who praised it after drinking it. Therefore, Chen Xijin, a senior, once wrote a poem, "The Han family knows what it is and earns Tang Meng's department." "Pomfret Department" is today's Maotai and liquor-drinking area.
This year, I had the honor to participate in the collation of the founding historical materials of Xijiu for 70 years, which made me understand the development process of Xijiu, a century-old winery. 1952, China, suffering from war, badly needed the development of modern industry. At this time, under extreme poverty, Renhuai county government actively sought change, sent an investigation team, set off from Maotai and went down the Chishui River, and finally selected the Golden Ping at Erlangtan Ferry of Chishui River to establish a winery. In this way, after five years of land reclamation and preparation, Langmiao Winery in Renhuai County, Guizhou Province was established on 1957. In April of the following year, after the first-class baking was completed, due to the influence of "three-year natural disaster", the winery stopped working. It was not until the end of 1962 that the government sent Zeng Gande, Xiao Mingqing and Cai Shichang to Langmiao Distillery to resume production and bake Xiaoqu liquor. It is not easy to resume production. Zeng Gande recalled in his work notes: "After three years of wind and rain, the wooden tile house has been ruined, ventilated on all sides and crumbling. The factory building was destroyed and the workers were gone. If you want to recover, start from scratch and build another winery. " I still remember that it was really a difficult day. Three people supported the winery by their hard-working hands.
After the winery was suspended from reopening, the smell of wine became particularly strong. Even in the 46 years from 1952 to 1998, wine drinkers have experienced the spirit of self-improvement from scratch, from small to large, from glory to bankruptcy, but they can never crush the spirit of self-improvement of wine drinkers. 1998 10, Xijiu joined Maotai and entered a new era. Since then, wine drinkers have been cautious and determined to forge ahead. Through building and upgrading its core competitiveness, deep transformation, sales of more than 10 billion, striding forward on the road of revival, it has become another bright pearl of China liquor.
Whenever I read this history, I will be deeply moved by the bumpy experience of drinking more and more. From the establishment of the winery to the rebirth after several low tides, tasters and drinkers always face hardships with a high-spirited attitude, self-improvement and perseverance.
Even now, whenever I think about it, the struggle of drinking is still touching. From a small white winery that died first to today's "10 billion enterprises"; From once heavily in debt to today's big profits and taxes; From three people to a national sophomore wine enterprise with more than 8,000 employees today. Drinking has deepened the service concept of "what wine needs, what water can do", and laid a solid foundation for local development and people to live and work in peace and contentment with responsibility as the link.
Nowadays, walking on the streets of Xishui, liquor stores and logo billboards of Nuoda wine industry can be seen everywhere. In a hot hotel, there are wine bottles on every table. People like to drink: "Without drinking, there is nothing here." Almost everyone is proud of drinking and hopes that their children can engage in drinking after graduation.
Walking into Xishui, the lights are brilliant and there are many tall buildings. The industrial park with liquor practice as the core is busy, and there are countless liquor enterprises, large and small. This place, which used to be the most frowned place in Guizhou, is changing with each passing day under the impetus of the rapid development of liquor-drinking, and it is moving towards the goal of building a top 100 economic county in western China.
We boast that drinking has built a bridge for the development of Xishui, and it is lucky to have drinking. Growing up in Xishui is also the luck of drinking.
In the future, Xishui will join hands with Xishui to perform the dream of wine fragrance, which is a dream of getting rich with wine fragrance. This dream is becoming a reality step by step, drifting farther and farther, and the fragrance is floating all over the world.
