Definitely not exactly the same. There is no way this is exactly the same. The handwriting cannot be that accurate, but it is almost the same. The characters in ancient printing plates were generally larger, at least much larger than today's font sizes. Of course, I am referring to the main text, and the footnotes will be much smaller.
Handwritten calligraphy can be very small, that is, written with a pen as thin as a mosquito's leg. But most people don’t make it difficult for themselves when copying books. The width and height are probably less than one centimeter. There are also some that are very large, but generally they are not as big as two centimeters, a little more than one centimeter is about right.
