This group of poems was written in Chang 'an. The third poem, "In March in Xianyang, a thousand flowers bloom like brocade", so it is generally believed that this poem was written on the eve of Li Bai's sacrifice to the Hanlin, that is, in the spring of the third year of Tianbao (744).
1 No blind date: no close person.
I put a pot of wine among the flowers, but I didn't have a bosom friend, so I had to drink it alone.
② Three people: self, shadow and moon.
Till, raising my cup, I asked the bright moon drinks, plus my shadow, just three people.
3 don't understand: I don't understand, I won't.
The moon knows what to drink, and the shadow just follows me in vain.
4 talk: and * * *. And spring: use spring.
Let the moon and shadow accompany me for a while and enjoy it in this spring night.
⑤ Moon Tour: The bright moon moves back and forth with me. The shadow is messy: the figure is messy because of dancing.
When I sing, the moon touches me, and when I dance, the shadow floats around me.
6 make love together: have fun together and make love together.
We play together when we are sober, and separate when we are drunk.
⑦ ⑦: It's far away. Han Yun: Tianhe, here refers to the celestial realm.
Only when I go to the celestial realm in the future can I swim with you forever and never part!
In the third year of Tianbao, when Li Bai was in Chang 'an, he wanted to be the boss's official. As a result, he only became a royal scholar, responsible for writing poems and flattering. Li Bai, frustrated in the officialdom, can't realize his ideal, of course, he is lonely and depressed. But in this reality, Li Bai did not sink, but pursued freedom, which is why he wrote this song "Drinking the Bright Moon Alone".
Li Bai loves wine and the moon. But Li Bai, he is a fairy, so his love is very special. I don't know whether it was the catalysis of alcohol or the mystery of the moon that opened the fairy's brain. This poem has always been highly respected, not only because of his poetry, but also because of his fantastic ideas. In the anthology of Tang poems, he praised: "It is natural to blurt out, and this kind of poet is not easy to learn."
Why does Li Bai drink alone with the moon? Because he wanted to raise a glass to drown his sorrows, but he found himself more worried. What a lonely, depressing and boring thing it is. There is only a pot of wine and a person in the whole scene, but Li Bai has a whim. He invited the moon in the sky and the shadow in the moonlight, and added himself. There were three people. The originally deserted and lonely scene suddenly became lively, which was not only vivid, but also embodied Li Bai's broad-minded and uninhibited character.
In fact, the moon knows nothing about drinking, and the shadow is just suddenly taken away. They are heartless things. Regardless of these, Li Baike insisted on "wandering around the moon", "messy shadows" and "exchanging with each other", and then pointed out the theme of "Cheering for me at the end of spring". Oh! Compared with those despicable things in the secular world, such a scene is really heartless and better than sentient beings!
Finally, Li Bai vowed to meet the moon shadow in the fairyland in the sky and travel with them forever. Li Bai was born a fairy and will return to heaven one day. It is said that Li Bai was drunk and fished for the moon and died. Perhaps he returned to the immortal position in this way to realize his oath, "Is goodwill always safe?" With the moon. Maybe from now on, people will raise their glasses to invite the moon, not to bring my shadow to me, but to let the three of us, because there is another person in the moon, and his name is Li Bai.
