Whose poem is it and what does it mean?

Li Bai's "Xia Ke Xing" praises the spirit of Ren Xia through the story of two heroes, Hou Ying and Zhu Hai, who helped Lord Xinling seize the army but Qin saved Zhao. The poem "He will eat Zhu Hai's food, and hold a wine glass to persuade Hou Yi", which means that Lord Xinling held a banquet for guests in order to seek virtue. "He gave Zhu Hai good food to eat; he held a wine glass in his hand to persuade Hou Yi to drink."
