Are there any five-character ancient poems in traditional Chinese characters?

1. "Zhuli Pavilion" Tang Dynasty: Wang Wei

Sitting alone in the secluded bamboo, playing the piano and whistling loudly.

People in the deep forest don’t know that the bright moon comes to shine.

Interpretation:

Sitting alone in the quiet bamboo forest, playing the piano and singing loudly. No one knows in the deep mountains and forests? Only a bright moon quietly accompanies me.

2. "Farewell/Farewell in the Mountains" Tang Dynasty: Wang Wei

Let's see each other off in the mountains, the sunset covers the firewood.

The spring grass will be green next year, will the king and grandson return?

Interpretation:

Sent off a friend in the deep mountains, the sun sets in the west and closes the firewood gate. When the grass is green again next spring, my friend, can you return it?

3. "Ask Liu Nineteenth" Tang Dynasty: Bai Juyi

Green ants' new fermented wine, small red clay stove.

It’s snowing in the evening, can you have a drink?

Interpretation:

The newly brewed rice wine is green in color and fragrant; the small red clay stove burns bright red. It's getting dark and heavy snow is coming. Can you take a look at the humble house and drink a glass of warm wine?

4. "Passing Xiangji Temple" Tang Dynasty: Wang Wei

I don't know Xiangji Temple, but I have entered Yunfeng several miles away. There are no people walking on the ancient trees, and there is no clock in the deep mountains.

The sound of the spring is swallowed by dangerous rocks, and the sun is cold and green. In the dusk, the music of the empty pool is used to calm the poisonous dragon.

Interpretation:

I don’t know where Xiangji Temple is, so I climbed several miles and accidentally entered the Yunyong Peaks. There are towering ancient trees but there are no walking paths. The bells of ancient temples can be heard from somewhere deep in the mountains. The spring water in the mountain makes a faint sound when it hits the rocks, and the sunlight in the pine forest seems cold. At dusk, I came to the hidden place of Kongtan and practiced meditation peacefully to suppress the poisonous dragon in my heart.

5. "Wangchuan Residence Presented to Pei Xiu Caidi" Tang Dynasty: Wang Wei

The cold mountains turn green, and the autumn water flows. Leaning on a stick outside the firewood door, I listen to the evening cicadas in the wind.

The sun is still setting over the ferry, and there is a solitary smoke in the ruins. After returning home, I was drunk and singing wildly in front of the five willow trees.

Interpretation:

The cold mountains become greener at dusk, and the autumn water flows slowly day and night. I stood outside the door of the hut with a cane, listening to the singing of the cicada in the wind. The ferry was silent except for the setting sun, which was shining slantingly, and wisps of smoke rising from the village. I met the wild Pei Di again who was drunk and singing in front of me.
