What does "Miaomiao Wuweihun Taiyi, Rurufudou, Chuxuan." mean?

This is a poem describing Sun Wukong in Journey to the West.

"Miaomiao": small. "Wuwei": doing nothing. "Hun": Hun is the same as and in the same position. Taiyi: Sun Wukong's nickname is "Taiyi True Immortal" (Taiyi originally refers to the unity of yin and yang, and here probably refers to the sequence of immortals).

Ruru is immovable: (Buddha’s words) Things are always there and there is no change. No.: Known as. Primary Xuan: The first level of the Nine Xuan.

The two sentences together roughly say that Sun Wukong: Although he is an immortal, he has done nothing great and is not a great immortal; although his level is not high, he has reached a certain level.
