Westbound Notes (2) Las Vegas

The second stop of our trip to America is Las Vegas, a famous casino.

The only thing I knew about Las Vegas before was Las Vegas, which never slept. I still feel different after close contact.

After leaving antelope canyon and horseshoe bend, we drove all the way to Las Vegas. When I arrive in Las Vegas, it's already night, so I'll go straight to Las Vegas at night.

When I arrived in Las Vegas, I initially felt that the night scene was general, and the so-called city that never sleeps was somewhat misnamed. There are several reasons for this feeling: first, there is some gap with the expectations in the heart; Second, to be honest, the lighting project in China has been done very well in recent years. Now a first-tier or even second-tier city is almost casually taken out. At night, the lights are bright and bustling, and you have seen more. When you get to Las Vegas, you won't feel how prominent the night scene is.

The biggest feature of Las Vegas is that hotels are next to hotels, and every hotel is a casino, which is also the origin of the name of the city that never sleeps. We visited the Venice Hotel, the largest hotel in the world. I walked into the hotel and looked up. Wow, what a blue day! Wait, the question is, the sky blue in the hotel? Also, why turn on the light on such a bright day? Haha, it turns out that the sky we see is an artificial dome.

The interior of the hotel is resplendent, brightly lit, with musical fountains and volcanic eruptions, but the best feeling is the skylight show. The sky light show built by the old city with huge investment is really not disappointing and unforgettable. At this time, Christmas is coming, and I have already felt the thick Christmas atmosphere.

On the way, I saw a construction site where a building was being demolished. I didn't say anything, occupational disease. I immediately ran to take pictures. Careful observation, similar to domestic construction, make a big fuss.

Without exception, the first floor of the hotel is also a casino. Hey, hey, since we are in Las Vegas, how can we not try our hand? I chose "2 1 point", but after I got familiar with the common sense of cutting, bidding and betting, I found that I lost almost $300. Alas, you have to pay tuition for studying. So cheer up, play slowly and steadily until three o'clock in the morning, and finally lose only one hundred dollars. Considering that I have to continue my trip as planned during the day and get up early, I decided to go back to my room to sleep. Back to my room, I fell asleep soon.
