Whose calligraphy masterpiece spans two hundred states in the southeast?

There is a plaque under the eaves spanning two hundred states in the southeast. This is quoted from a poem inscribed in Jinshan by Zhao Shen, Emperor Xiaozong of the Southern Song Dynasty.

When Emperor Xiaozong of the Song Dynasty visited Jinshan Temple, he once wrote a poem: "The sky is in the middle of the town, and it spans two hundred states in the southeast." The Iron Urn and the Golden Jiao are the most prominent features of Zhenjiang's ancient situation, and they are written in a concise and powerful way.
