Nao's introduction is as follows:
According to legend, San was a breakfast drink for people in ancient western regions. Jintang was introduced to the mainland, while Linyi San was introduced from the Yuan Dynasty (now Beijing). It is said to be breakfast food for Hui people in ancient western regions. At first, a couple of Hui people in Yuan Dynasty came to Linyi to do business, which was called "meat sauce" at that time. Later, there were more and more imitators.

During the period of 1946, when Comrade Chen Yi was stationed in Linyi, he was a frequent visitor to Huangjiasanpu. At present, there are dozens of famous scattered shops in Linyi, and small and medium-sized scattered shops are everywhere. Shanghai, Qingdao and other places have also opened Linyi scattered museums. Shanghai International Hotel and Jinan Nanjiao Hotel hired technicians from Linyi respectively, which made them famous. Since then, it has also been known to everyone and spread to this day.

In the Eastern Jin Dynasty, a poor couple from other places fled to Linyi. Wang Xizhi, a great calligrapher at that time, saw that they were poor and often helped them. The couple are very touched and have nothing to repay. Once, when Wang Xizhi was ill, they thought it was time to pay off their debts, so they killed the only hen in the family to make soup, and added some common Chinese herbal medicines to the soup.
