The so-called nirvana is to dare to break love.

Recently, I read an essay written by Lin Qingxuan, which talked about the feelings of "New Year" at different ages.

He remembered the "Nirvana" he read in a Buddhist scripture one year. Buddhist scriptures only use one sentence to explain: lovelorn is close to nirvana. According to Buddhist scriptures, there are three kinds of cravings for love: one is craving for love, and the other is craving for sensual enjoyment; Second, there is love, which is the desire for life and existence; Third, without love, love is a desire that no longer exists. He said, I think the Chinese New Year before the age of 20 is the first two, and the Chinese New Year after the age of 20 is the third party.

This is one of the highest realms of life I have read in recent years. Lin Qingxuan said that it doesn't matter whether the Chinese New Year is good or not. It is important to have the courage to break the love, so that our sentient beings can radiate the greatest light at a new beginning.

If we can do this, Nirvana is really not far away. Less nostalgia, less nostalgia, less regret and less mother-in-law. The open sky is just in front of us.
