What god did Li Bai seal after his death?

There is no god. Sealing gods is the process of sealing gods or officials as gods or princes. Li Bai (70 1 -762), a great romantic poet in the Tang Dynasty, was praised as a "poetic immortal" by later generations. Li Bai is a real person and has nothing to do with deification, so Li Bai did not deify.
