Cook and slaughter when you are full, and hate chaff when you are hungry. "Eating and killing" means that you don't want to eat even the best things after you are full. Raccoons are bored because they are full. If they don't want to eat any more, they are called raccoons. To cook is to cook, and to kill is to kill. "Hungry chaff" means that when you don't eat it, you are satisfied with chaff. Tiredness is contentment, as Confucius said in The Analects of Confucius: "What good is it for me to learn and teach?" ?
In fact, these two sentences add up to the old saying, "Hungry chaff is as sweet as honey, but full honey is not sweet."
