Jia Dao (779 ~ 843) was a poet in the Tang Dynasty. Han nationality, a native of Fanyang County, Youzhou, Hebei Province (now Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province) in the Tang Dynasty. It is said that when he was in Luoyang, he was forbidden to go out in the afternoon because of an order at that time. Jia Dao complained about writing poems and was discovered by Han Yu.
