Why was the Zhuzi Pavilion in Tanshan Park built?

The Zhuzi Pavilion in Tanshan Park was built in memory of Zhu Xi. Zhuzi Pavilion in Tanshan Park is located in the middle and south of Tanshan Mountain. Zhuzi Pavilion, a three-story pavilion with red beams and columns, red tiles and white walls, is set against the green forest of pines and cypresses. It is clean and bright, highlighting the cultural connotations of Zhuzi culture of loyalty, filial piety, benevolence, kindness, respect, frugality, etiquette and concessions. Zhu Xi, also known as Hui Weng, was a great thinker, Neo-Confucian, educator and calligrapher in the Song Dynasty. He was the pride of Jianyang people. In his later years, he settled in Kaoting, founded Kaoting Academy, lectured and preached, and wrote books. He was the master of New Confucianism. The Zhuzi Pavilion in Tanshan Park was built in memory of Zhu Xi.
