Originally, in June, 2020, 1 1, archaeologists from Shaanxi Institute of Archaeology in China excavated a cemetery of aristocratic families in the Tang Dynasty in Xixian New Area, Shaanxi Province. During the excavation, an epitaph written by Yan Zhenqing, an ancient calligraphy master in China, was accidentally discovered among a group of couples buried together. According to textual research, this is Yan Zhenqing's work at the age of 38, when the art of calligraphy may not be mature.
According to reports, in this excavation, * * * cleared up more than 240 groups, including the unearthed sunflower mouth high-legged silver cup, ceramic animal figurines and copper coins, as well as a Sihe epitaph. Among them, Yuan Daqian and Luo Wanshun unearthed more than 1 10, Yuan Buqi unearthed more than 20 pieces, and Yuan Jueming unearthed more than 100 pieces.
When the reporter interviewed Chen Genyuan, a researcher at the Anbeilin Museum and a famous expert on inscriptions in China, he said that the inscription excavated this time is the only one excavated by archaeologists among more than a dozen stone tablets in Yan Zhenqing so far. Yan Zhenqing should know the tomb owner, probably living in Chang 'an at that time. The tomb owners of this excavation are Yuan Daqian and Luo Wanshun, both of whom were aristocrats at that time. Yan Zhenqing, who was in his thirties at that time, may not be very famous, but he was able to achieve Yuan Daqian.
According to the data, there are many inscriptions in Yan Zhenqing, among which there are many masterpieces, such as Pagoda Induction Monument, Magu Xiantan Monument, Dong Fangshuo Portrait Monument, Yan Monument and Yanjiamiao Monument.
