As we all know, building a subway is a good thing for the country and the people. The first phase of Zhengzhou Metro 10 Line starts from Zhengzhou Railway Station in the east and ends at Zhengzhou West Station in Xingyang City in the west. It is planned to open to traffic at the end of June 2022, but at present, due to the discovery of cultural relics in Hongshipo Depot, the construction period may be extended. However, the subway entrance at the intersection of Wanshan Road on Zhengshang Road and Xingyang No.2 Middle School in Xingyang City has been under construction since May 20 18 without the approval of the National Development and Reform Commission. As the traffic artery of Xingyang, this section is closed and managed, leaving only two-way and one-way. It has been built for more than two years. In the past six months, after the opening of the Old Town Bridge on Zhengshang Road, the morning and evening peaks were seriously congested, and it was blocked into a nest of porridge every rainy day. As the second phase project of Metro 10 Line which has not been approved, how long will it take for vehicles to pass normally? If the subway is completed 10 year, do these two places need to be closed for ten years? It is hoped that Xingyang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government will actively coordinate and return the subway to the people as soon as possible without affecting the subway construction.
