Yang, born in Chuxiong City, Yunnan Province, was born in 1929 and 1. He is a retired cadre of Chuxiong Finance Bureau in Wei Chu, Yunnan. He used to be the chief of the comprehensive department of the Municipal Finance Bureau. 1987 joined the Revolutionary Committee and worked in finance for 40 years. 1989 retired. Like calligraphy and painting, he is now a member of Yunnan Calligraphers Association.
