Wang gaimin, born on November 3, 1947, was born in Xianyang, Shaanxi, with a university degree. Former vice chairman and secretary general of Shaanxi Calligraphers Association and secretary general of Shaanxi Provincial Committee. He is currently a member of China Calligraphers Association, a member of the Fourth Art Development Committee of China Calligraphers Association, director of Xi 'an Creative Base, honorary president of Yu Youren Book Court of Xianyang Normal University, president of Shaanxi Provincial Calligraphy and Painting Association, director of Shaanxi International Cultural Exchange Center, and adjunct professor of Xi 'an Jiaotong University. On December 27, 214, he ceased to serve as the vice chairman and secretary general of Shaanxi Calligraphers Association.
