Is Guan Daosheng's calligraphy written by Zhao Mengfu? Seek an answer
Guan Daosheng was the wife of Zhao Mengfu, a great calligrapher in Yuan Dynasty. Up to now, there are still people who suspect that some of Guan Daosheng's calligraphy works were written by Zhao Mengfu. No wonder, with the high level of Zhao Mengfu, it is hard to believe that a woman can reach this level. From a reasonable point of view, it is really common for ordinary husbands to write letters to relatives and friends instead of to their wives. However, Zhao Mengfu was a great calligrapher, and his works were very valuable at that time. Therefore, if he writes instead of his wife, it is different from ordinary people. His works are fraudulent and deceive society. The handwriting identification technology of modern public security system is very reliable, and it should be said that it has the ability to identify authenticity. However, the handwriting identification of the public security system is not just for people to play with. Perhaps the identification of brush handwriting is another matter for the public security system (as far as I know, it is really different from the identification of hard pen handwriting), so so far no organ or individual has identified Guan Daosheng's calligraphy works. First of all, I want to declare that there is an essential difference between graphology and handwriting identification. Although some amateur "graphology" advocates that graphology and handwriting identification are collectively called "graphology", in fact, the relationship between them can be said to be irrelevant. However, if the handwriting analysis method of graphology is used to do the work of handwriting identification, it has its own uniqueness, which may not even be comparable to the formal handwriting identification. For example, Guan Daosheng's handwriting is very similar to that of her husband Zhao Mengfu. Coupled with the instability of handwriting, I believe that at least some handwriting experts cannot judge the authenticity of their works. But calligraphers can judge whether it is true or not, because ideological connotation and personality differences can be judged. On this basis, I think Guan Daosheng's calligraphy works were written by herself, not by her husband. I don't believe that if Zhao Mengfu were a ghost writer, she would even pay attention to female characteristics and pretend to be perfect. I met several people who said that Britain now has doubts about Shakespeare's handwriting, or that there are several kinds of handwriting, and it is not clear which one is true. In fact, it should be easier to identify this situation by analyzing handwriting. The method is to analyze personality, ability, hobbies, etc. First, compare it with Shakespeare's life story, so it is not difficult to draw a convincing conclusion.
