Brief introduction to the landscape of drug residue pavilion

"Medicine Pavilion" is an independent building, but it is unified with Dai Temple in connotation. Because of its existence, the mysterious and solemn atmosphere of Dai Temple is more intense. This independent and unified architectural style is not only unique among the Five Mountains, but also rare among the existing ancient buildings in China. In the Tang Dynasty, the drug residue pavilion was once called "the door of remote ginseng", and there was a folk saying that "if you want to visit Mount Tai, visit the door of remote ginseng first". Visiting Dai Temple should also start from the Medicine Residue Pavilion. Yaocan Pavilion is the vestibule of Dai temples, formerly known as Caoshenmen and Caoshenting. The ancients who have anything to do with Mount Tai should first make a simple visit here, and then go to the temple to worship the gods. This pavilion is a courtyard with two entrances. The main hall in the front yard, dedicated to Bi Xia Yuan Jun in Ming and Qing Dynasties; East and west halls; In the courtyard, Zhang Qifeng, an official of Tongzhi Tai 'an Prefecture, wrote "No Sacrificial Monument" in the fifty-ninth year of Qing Emperor Kangxi (1720). The neutral quadrangle pavilion in the backyard was rebuilt by 1983; On the east side of Houshanmen, there is a tablet of "Six Poems by Li Dai" written by Japanese calligrapher Liu Tiantai on 1990.

There is a stone square in front of the scenic spot pavilion, and the inscription is "Medicine Pavilion". The iron lion is opposite on both sides, and the flagpole stands high. In front of the workshop is Shuanglongchi, which was built in the sixth year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty (1880) to get water from Wangmuchi. Tian Tong Street is in the south of Jinan, Tang Huai is in the west of Jinan, and 1929 Jinan May 3rd Massacre Monument is in the north of Jinan. Behind the pavilion is Daimiao Square, also known as Linglong Square. During the reign of Kangxi in Qing Dynasty, Shi Tianyi, the Shandong Buzheng envoy, founded it when he rebuilt Dai Temple, and wrote a couplet: "The extreme of heaven, eulogizes the body and gives birth to everything; Emperor Jing, and the voice of Shengling Town is in the east. " Daimiao Square is located in the north of Daimiao, with Zhengyangmen, Peitianmen, Ren 'anmen, Tianyou Hall, Hou Jing Palace and Houzaimen running through the north-south central axis, with Baihan Courtyard and Dongyu Tower on the east and Tang Huai Courtyard and Yuhua Road Garden on the west.
