1. Jinshi

The newly compiled "Qin'an County Chronicle" records that in Qing Dynasty, there were ***20 people in Qin'an County who passed the Chinese and Wu Jinshi examinations. Among them, there are 4 people in Weijiadian, accounting for one-fifth of the county. Therefore, Weijiadian has become recognized as a "place of cultural heritage".

·Liu Yongqing (?), courtesy name Hailou, is a street person in Weijiadian Town. In the ninth year of Guangxu's reign (1883), he became a Jinshi in Guiweike and served as county magistrate and professor of Ningxia Prefecture. The rest are unknown and are known as "Master Wen".

·Fu Yanxi (1867-?), courtesy name Qianyi and Tianyi, named Yancun, was born in Wangjiayao of the Wei family. In the 18th year of Guangxu's reign, Renchenke (1892) became a Jinshi. He successively served as the head of the Ministry of Punishment, the magistrate of Rongchang County and the magistrate of Nannan County in Sichuan Province.

Fu Jingcong (1901-1963), courtesy name Zhida, was born in Wangjiayao, Weidian Township. Niu Shun ( 1841-?), a native of Weijiadian Town (his descendants now live in Yulongbao, Weinan Village), he was a famous Qin Opera actor in Gansu Province in the late Qing Dynasty. He was the same age as Sang Maolin, a fellow student, and often performed on the same stage. Niu is also called Niu.
