What's behind the words, slow down, good heart and sensitive heart?

What follows is: the bones should be rigid, the gas should be soft, the ambition should be big, the courage should be small, the heart should be empty, the words should be true, the wisdom should be increased, the blessings should be cherished, and the worries are not far away, but near.

From the Western Han Dynasty Wang Ji's "Playing the King of Changyi, Shu Jie", the whole sentence is:

Speak slowly, kindly and sensitively. Bones should be strong, qi should be soft, ambition should be big, courage should be small, heart should be empty, words should be true, wisdom should be increased, blessings should be cherished, and worries should be near.

Translation:

You'd better speak slowly, be kind-hearted and act quickly. You should be strong-willed, gentle-tempered, ambitious, timid (that is, cautious), open-minded, honest, increase your wisdom and cherish happiness. Don't think far, trouble is near.

Source allusion:

In 77 BC, when the Han Dynasty was in full swing, Wang Ji was transferred from Qibin County to the fifth captain of Changyi Wang Mi, and rose from Qibin to Wu Pin, which was a rapid rise. But Ji Wang is sad. Although he was promoted, he worked under Liu He, the moody and dissolute grandson of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, and had to work with a group of villains who were good at sowing dissension and gossiping.

At this time, he met an old man and he took him out of the maze. They hit it off and chatted happily. Wang Ji poured out his own situation and troubles one by one. The old man gave Wang Ji three words, "Speak slowly!"

From then on, Wang kept in mind the old man's teachings, worked hard, thought twice before acting, lived safely in the undercurrent of Changyi, and saved the day several times. Wang Ji, who was low-key and diligent, was appointed as an remonstrator by Xuan Di and Liu Xun, Emperor Gaozu, in 73 BC, specializing in commenting on political affairs and impeaching dereliction of duty officials. Wang Ji became an important official in the DPRK and held a high position.

Wang Ji went back to his hometown to visit relatives and met an old man. The old man gave him three words: "Be kind!" Hearing this, Ji Wang was ashamed. From then on, he was strict with himself, honest and clean, generous and kind, and eventually became a famous minister.
