How to transport a brush?

Elastic objects have an elastic limit problem. Within a certain stress range, elastic objects can quickly recover to their original state and exceed the limit. Elastic damage is difficult to recover. Brushes are soft and have very limited elasticity, which requires us to:

1, control the brush pressure.

Generally speaking, it should be within half of the pen tip. There has always been a saying that two strokes and three strokes. The original intention is to use a pen tip near the front end, which has a small degree of deformation and is easy to recover. When choosing a brush, the same is true for choosing "big and small characters".

2, in the process of operation, from time to time will be scattered weak pen.

When the pen is transported forward, it will inevitably fall off and its elasticity will be weakened. It is necessary to make an action of "returning to the top" to erect the pen tip, such as retracting at the corner, crouching before the hook, and slightly retracting before pressing the bottom out (so-called retracting, crouching, and returning). These actions all restore and erect the broken brush to a certain extent, and even make the pen in a special position.

3. After a stroke is completed, the pen tip is restored to a straight and neat original state through the action of retracting the pen, just like a stroke, and it can be written directly with a pen, thus maintaining the consistency of the stroke.

The key is to straighten the pen with reaction. There are two forms of reaction:

(1), the back front bounces up. When the back front bounces up, it just lifts the pen against the stroke direction and bounces the pen front back to the top, so whether the back front moves correctly depends on whether the pen front bounces straight and smooth.

(2) Used in the front place, first press the pen to press the potential, and use the rebound force of the quick press to make the pen bounce. Such as hanging needles and long strokes, the middle and rear sections of hanging needles and strokes are often plump, which is the natural result of using pens to follow the trend, and other strokes and hooks are also put forward in this way.

Therefore, when you start writing, the brush will always be a song, a rack, and it will work attentively, especially like the clockwork of a clock. When the pen lifts the paper, the handwriting can be straight and neat. This is what Dong Qichang, a great calligrapher in the Ming Dynasty, said: "From head to tail, from tail to tail", and Su Shi said in the Song Dynasty that "the movement of the party also has left and right, but it is inevitable and certain." The pen tip is as straight as a rope with a heavy object hanging on it. How freely the ancients used pens!
