According to the inquiry, the calligraphy at the gate of Rainbow Beach Scenic Spot in Altay, Xinjiang was written by Li Jianjun, a member of Xinjiang Calligraphers Association, vice chairman of Altay Calligraphers Association, chairman of Burqin County Calligraphers Association, vice chairman of Burqin County Federation of Literary and Art Circles and director of Burqin County Cultural Center. These strokes were written in May, 20 18 to welcome the coming of the 11th National Minority Traditional Sports Meeting and the 2nd China Altay International Ice and Snow Festival.
