What is the relationship between Su Shi and Wang Shen?

Su Shi and Wang Shen are good friends.

Wang Shen (1036-? ), painter of the Northern Song Dynasty. Jin Qing was born in Taiyuan (now Shanxi) and later moved to Kaifeng (now Henan). In the second year of Xining (1069), she married princess royal, the eldest daughter of Shu, and took Zuo Wei, the general, and Ma Xu, a captain, as her concubines. In the second year of Yuanfeng, he was demoted because of Su Shi's involvement. His family has built a "Baohua Hall", where ancient calligraphy books and famous paintings are observed day and night and are good at appreciation. Su Shi remembered them. Make friends with scholars such as Su Shi, Huang Tingjian, Mi Fei, Qin Guan and Li. And "analyzing the strange and admiring the different" and appreciating poems. Li Zeng won with "The Garden of the West", and his charm was deeply influenced by the family atmosphere.

The best evidence to prove their relationship is the Wutai Poetry Case. Wutai Poetry Case took place in the second year of Yuanfeng (1079). He Chen Zheng, the suggestion, impeached Su Shi, and played a thank-you note when Su Shi moved to Huzhou. The language is obscure, mocking the current politics, and Li Ding, the censor, also pointed out four major crimes that Su Shi can abolish. The case was first reported by the censor and then tried in the censor's prison. The so-called "Wutai", that is, the Jade Terrace, is also called "White Terrace" because cypress trees are planted everywhere in the government. Crows often build nests on cypress trees, called Wutai. So this case is called "Wutai Poetry Case".

Song Shenzong Zaixi Ningnian (1068 ~ 1077) made great use of Wang Anshi's political reform. After the failure of political reform, he was engaged in political reform in Yuanfeng period (1078 ~ 1085). Wutai Poetry Case happened at the turning point of the political reform, that is, the second year of Yuanfeng (1079). Among those involved in the Wutai poetry case, three people were severely punished. Xu tipped off Su Shi and often interacted with him. He didn't hand over Su Shi's poems in time during the investigation, and even more because he was rude to the princess and valued his concubine rather than his wife. The punishment of being deprived of all official titles is very heavy.
