Brief introduction of the author of Treatise on Febrile Diseases

Lu (1894- 1955) was born in Shaxian County, Jiangsu Province (now Chuansha County, Shanghai). In his early years, he studied under Meng Yao, a master of Park Studies, and learned a hundred schools of thought, calligraphy and epigraphy. He is familiar with mathematics, physics, culture, astronomy and other modern sciences, especially astronomical calendar calculation, and is familiar with English, French, German and Japanese languages. 1919-1925, Mr. Lu teaches astronomy, navigation and Chinese studies. Besides teaching, he also studies Chinese medicine. His father, Zhen Fuguong, was also a Confucian and a doctor, so Lu read ancient medical books in his early years and invited Mr. Zhang Taiyan to study in his early years. 1925. 1928, has taught in the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shanghai College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. 1929 Established Shanghai College of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Xu and Zhang Cigong, and hired Mr. Taiyan as Dean and Dean. 1932 set up the department of distance education and founded the magazine "New Life of Traditional Chinese Medicine". 193 1 year later, he served as the executive director of the central country yiguang and a member of the academic full-time Committee. He devoted himself to sorting out and developing China's medicine, and wrote many books, such as Treatise on Febrile Diseases, Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, Treatise on Lu Medical Books, Interpretation of Physiological Terms in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Physiological Supplement, and Pathological Supplement. In the meantime, he participated in the struggle against the abolition of Chinese medicine. Influenced by Mr. Yun Tieqiao's innovation in Chinese medicine, it was also to cater to unscientific people in Chinese medicine at that time, such as Yu Yunxiu. Mr. Wang advocates "scientific Chinese medicine" and has made painstaking efforts for it. Even in his old age, he kept on working despite his illness. After liberation, Lu was elected as a representative of the National People's Congress, actively organized the activities of Shanghai academic groups of traditional Chinese medicine, and made contributions to the health work in new China and the development of traditional Chinese medicine in the new era.
