Syllables are the basic phonetic units that can be clearly distinguished by hearing, and they are divided into four categories:: two pinyin stanzas; Three Pinyin Festival; Recognize syllables as a whole; Self-formed syllable.
In China's Chinese phonology, a Chinese syllable generally includes initials, finals and tones; Sometimes a Chinese character chapter only has vowels and tones, such as: A (ā), which is generally called zero initial; Sometimes, you can not mark the tone, such as tou, which is pronounced as light tone.
In Chinese, generally, one Chinese character means one syllable, and only the Er-hua word such as "Hua 'er" means that two Chinese characters are pronounced into one syllable.
initial: b p m f d t n l g k h j q x zh ch r z c s y w
vowel:: a o e i u u ai i ao ou iu ie u e er an en in un un ng ng ng ong
overall syllable: zhi chi shi. Ri zi ci si ye yi ying Wu Yu yue yun yuan
Pinyin is the process of spelling syllables, that is, according to the constitution of syllables in Mandarin, initials, finals and tones are rapidly and continuously combined and added with tones to become a syllable.
the gist of pinyin spelling is: "The initial sound is light and the final sound is heavy, and the two sounds touch each other violently."
There are three spelling methods for the three-syllable festival:
(1) Three-syllable linking method.
The schematic diagram of the three-syllable spelling in the textbook "ɡ-u-ā" is easy to pronounce and the three-syllable continuous reading is very smooth.
(2) The pronunciation is combined with the vowel spelling. Using the method of two phonetic knots to decompose the process of three spellings, the initial consonants and the intermediate vowels are spelled together first, and then spelled with the vowels behind.
For example, the spelling process of ɡuā can be broken down as follows:
ɡ-u ɡ u-ā ɡ u ā
(3) Pronunciation and vowel spelling. First put the initials and vowels together to form a sound, and then spell syllables with the initials and the sound.
For example, the spelling process of ɡuā can be broken down as follows:
u-ā u ā ɡ-u ā u ā.
