Liu Shaoming (1949~) was originally named Liu Shaoming, also known as Liu Shangmin. His pen name is Mo Chi, and his nickname is Kuyin Louzhu. A native of Taojiang, Hunan. Graduated from Chang'an Calligraphy Correspondence College. Good at calligraphy and poetry. He once served as the deputy director of the Culture and Art Department of the International Exchange Center of Taojiang City, Hunan Province. He is currently the general manager of the International Decoration and Advertising Art Corporation of the International Exchange Center of Taojiang City, Hunan Province, and an associate professor of Beijing Communications Cadre Management College.
