Cai LUN: Guiyang (now Chenzhou, Hunan Province) was a eunuch in the Eastern Han Dynasty, who improved papermaking. He summarized the experience of papermaking with butyl fiber since the Western Han Dynasty and created a method of papermaking with bark, hemp head, cloth and fishing nets. It is called Cai Hou paper. It was later passed down as the inventor of papermaking in China.
