Fu Zhou, born in December 1959, graduated from the Chinese Department of Southwest Normal University in 1983 with a bachelor's degree in literature. Since then, he has been teaching Chinese classical literature, literary theory, calligraphy and painting and other literary courses in colleges and universities. Good at calligraphy, Chinese flower and bird painting, and seal cutting. Currently: member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, member of the Chinese Aesthetic Society, member of the Seal Engraving Committee of the Sichuan Calligraphers Association, director of the Chongqing Calligraphers Association, member of the Chongqing Artists Association, director of the Chongqing Seal Society, vice president of the Haitian Seal Society, and executive director of the Hong Kong International Calligraphers and Painters Exchange Association director.
