1 Making Copybook for calligraphy
The steps of making Copybook for calligraphy with Word20 10 are as follows:
Step 1, open the Word20 10 window, click File → New, select Copybook for calligraphy option in the available template area, and click Create, as shown in figure 2010081401. Figure 2010081401Select the Copybook for calligraphy option.
Step 2: Open the "Add or Delete Characters" dialog box, drag the mouse in the "Available Characters" list in the "Characters" area, and select the Chinese characters to be used as copybooks. Then select the required font (such as "Han Mo Zhao Fankai") from the "Calligraphy Font" list in the "Font" area. Click the Add button to add the selected Chinese characters to the used character area, and click the Close button, as shown in Figure 20 1008 1402. 2. Set the maximum number of words in each copybook.
By default, each copybook can only add 100 Chinese characters at most. Users can adjust the number of Chinese characters according to the actual situation. The operation steps are as follows:
Step 1, in the editing state of Copybook for calligraphy, click the "Options" button in the "Calligraphy" ribbon, as shown in Figure 20 1008 1403. Figure 20 1008 1403 Click the option button.
Step 2: Open the Options dialog box and switch to the General tab. Adjust the value of "Maximum number of characters per copybook" in the character setting area, and click OK, as shown in Figure 20 1008 1404. Figure 20 1008 1404 Adjust the value of "Maximum number of characters per copybook"
3. Set the copybook font size
The font size of Chinese characters in Word20 10 Copybook for calligraphy cannot be changed by setting the font size, but the font size can be adjusted by setting the number of rows and columns of each copybook. In the General tab of the Options dialog box, just change the specifications of the number of rows and columns per page, as shown in Figure 20 1008 1405.

4. Set copybook grid style
Word20 10 Copybook for calligraphy provides grid styles such as Tian Zige, Tian Huige, Jiugongge, Mi Zige and Kouzi. Users can set the grid style of copybooks according to their own needs. Click the "Grid Style" button in the calligraphy ribbon, and click the required grid style in the open grid list, as shown in Figure 20 1008 1406. 5. Use third-party fonts to make copybooks
If users want to use their own installed third-party fonts to make Copybook for calligraphy, they can also easily use the Copybook for calligraphy function of Word20 10. The operation steps are as follows:
Step 1: in the Word20 10 window, click File → New, select Copybook for calligraphy option in the available template area, and click Create.
Step 2: Open the Add or Delete Characters dialog box, select the system font radio box in the Font area, and select the required font in the system font drop-down list, as shown in Figure 20 1008 1407. Fig. 20 1008 1407 selecting system fonts.
Step 3: Select the text, click the Add button and finally click the Close button.
Tip: If a new font is installed when opening the Word20 10 window, you need to reopen the Word20 10 window, otherwise you will not see the newly installed font in the system font list.
6. Set the arrangement of copybooks
The arrangement of copybooks made by Word20 10 can be set according to actual needs. Word20 10 Copybook for calligraphy provides a variety of arrangements. Users can click the "Text Arrangement" button in the "Calligraphy" ribbon to select the arrangement, as shown in Figure 20 1008 1408. Fig. 20 1008 1408 sets the arrangement of Copybook for calligraphy characters.
