Yang, member of Hebei Calligraphers Association, executive director of Xingtai Calligraphers Association, chairman of Neiqiu Calligraphers Association, dean of Neiqiu Calligraphy and Painting Institute, graduated from China Calligraphy Tutorial Class of Huazhong Normal University.

Calligraphy started in Tang Kai, and later studied in Han Liwei North. His calligraphy works have been published in many journals and won prizes in many competitions.
