It's good to learn from Liu Gongquan with brush and regular script, but Liu might as well learn from the other three schools and let them blend in. Don't learn the rigid and bloated running script of the computer. Calligraphy consistent with regular script or learning from Erwang is better. As for pen writing, it is a good choice to learn from brush writing.
