Male, born in Qingyang, Gansu in March, 1949. He is currently a member of ICCA China Artists Association, ICCA China Calligraphers Association, Shaanxi Artists Association and Shaanxi Calligraphers Association, president of Shaanxi People's Congress Workers' Painting and Calligraphy Research Association, honorary president of Shaanxi Painting and Calligraphy Research Institute, vice chairman of Shaanxi Old People's Painting and Calligraphy Association and researcher of Shaanxi Literature and History Museum.
