Chongqing Fudan Middle School, one of Fudan Basic Education Alliance Schools, was listed as a key middle school in Chongqing by Chongqing Education Commission in 2005. Chongqing Fudan Middle School was founded in 1935, and 1937 was renamed as Fudan University Affiliated Middle School. 1954 was renamed Chongqing No.12 Middle School; 1995, restore the name of "Chongqing Fudan Middle School"; In 2004, the former Chongqing Fudan Middle School merged with Chongqing No.53 Middle School to form the present Chongqing Fudan Middle School.
Chongqing Fudan Middle School has four teaching buildings, all of which are air-conditioned. There are also experimental building, art building and science and technology building.
