Chen Qizhi, also known as Chenlu, was born in Beijing in 1945. Graduated from the Chinese Department of Beijing Normal University. He is currently a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a director of the Tianjin Calligraphers Association, vice chairman of the Tianjin Employees Calligraphy Association, and a professor at Tianjin Railway Vocational and Technical College.
