Just came to work in our university for the aged and attended the graduation ceremony of the first Chinese painting class in our university. I am very happy and honored. In April of XX, the traditional Chinese painting class of Jilin Oilfield Senior University officially started. It is said that the students at that time had no basic knowledge of Chinese painting. After teacher Wang's patient teaching and guidance, everyone is completely unfamiliar with the brush. Now, Meiju jumps out of the paper and the magnificent mountains and rivers come into view. This is indeed a gratifying and proud thing.
Among the retired workers in our oilfield, there are many talents in calligraphy, painting and hobbies. We sincerely hope that everyone can take an active part in various activities in the future. We also hope that all of you here will have the opportunity to take part in other professional courses in the university for the aged. In this way, your calligraphy and painting skills will certainly be improved.

The third painting class begins.

Hello everyone!
In a blink of an eye, I have been working for veteran cadres for four months. Since I came here, I have been infected and moved by the humanistic environment of our university for the aged, the attention of leaders at all levels, the strong work spirit of the staff, and especially the strong positive attitude of the old comrades.
On June 5th, I attended the graduation ceremony of the second phase of Chinese painting class of Jilin Oilfield University for the Aged, and saw many works, Meiqiulanju, the country's rivers and mountains. Now it seems that it is still in sight, and the level is quite unusual. Moreover, it makes me feel not only what I have seen, but more importantly, what kind of lifestyle and enthusiasm for life are reflected in our old comrades through our study and activities together.
On June 1 1, we attended the opening ceremony of the third phase of the computer class in the university for the aged.
Today, I am honored to attend the opening ceremony of the third phase of our painting class in this golden autumn season full of fragrance, hope and maturity.
First of all, on behalf of the leaders of the retired cadre department, I would like to extend a warm welcome to the new and old comrades who have been studying!
As we all know, our Oilfield University for the Aged was founded on February 25th, 65438. Since its establishment, * * has opened long-term and short-term training courses in calligraphy, health care knowledge for the elderly, softball, yangko, ballroom dancing, gateball referee, computer, vocal music and Chinese painting, with thousands of participants. In the future, we will continue to increase English classes and health care knowledge according to the needs of development and elderly comrades.
In the past six years, the establishment of the University for the Aged has received enthusiastic care and strong support from the leaders of Jilin Oilfield. In particular, the `1XX square meter comprehensive activity center and senior university built in XX cover an area of more than XX square meters. The spacious and bright classrooms, elegant and comfortable environment, expanding school scale and increasing disciplines provide a good platform and opportunity for veteran comrades to enrich their lives, increase their knowledge, cultivate their sentiments, promote their health and re-serve the society. The renovation project of Jiangnan activity center is about to be completed, providing convenience for old comrades living in Jiangnan.

Mentality and exercise are two magic weapons of happiness and health, and health and happiness are the primary goals of the elderly's life. This class held by our university for the aged today is a training class for happiness and exercise. I am very happy and honored to attend today's opening ceremony. First of all, the leaders of our representative office extend a warm welcome to everyone!
Not long ago, at the completion of the renovation project of the cultural and sports activity center and the unveiling ceremony of Jiangnan University for the Aged, 80 representatives of retired employees and softball enthusiasts performed the third set of softball standard movements. Taiji softball is a new type of fitness program, which is deeply loved by elderly friends. The purpose of our training course is to meet the needs of softball fans, further promote and popularize the extensive development and perfection of Taiji softball in Jilin Oilfield, and make the sport more standardized and popular. According to the annual plan of the university for the retired elderly, it is decided to concentrate on learning the first set of standardized movements of softball for five afternoons, that is, one week, from June 24th165438+1October 28th.

After a year's patient teaching and guidance by Mr. Liu, it is said that most students at that time had no basic knowledge of calligraphy-they were completely unfamiliar with writing brushes, and now they splash ink, which is a gratifying and proud thing. The ancients had a poem saying, "Only painters are really rich, and they are not always prosperous." The wealth of a painter and calligrapher is the wealth of spiritual realm, and the wealth of a painter and calligrapher is a beautiful and agile ideological world and a natural artistic conception in his works. Recently, I contacted the students and teachers of our painting and calligraphy class. They say that calligraphy and painting can really stimulate people's spirit, purify people's hearts, enjoy beauty in artistic creation and enrich people's spiritual world.
