Is Wang Kun in Manzhouli a member of China Calligraphers Association?

China Calligraphers Association approved Wang Kun, a young man from Manzhouli, to become a member of China Calligraphers Association. He is the third member of China Calligraphers Association in Manzhouli after Xue Jianguo and Ju Wentian. Wang Kun, 29, also became the youngest calligrapher in Manchuria.
