1999 The "Cui Zhi 'an Modern Seal Cutting Art Exhibition" held in China Art Museum in March (sponsored by the Seal Cutting Committee of China Calligraphers Association and the Propaganda Department of Panjin Municipal Committee) was also the first author to hold a modern seal cutting art exhibition since the establishment of the museum. A number of news media reported that this is the first personal modern printmaking exhibition hosted by China Calligraphy Association in China, and Cui Zhi 'an's Collection of Seal Carving Works is also the first personal modern seal carving work in seal cutting.
In September, 2008, Cui Zhi 'an's traditional Chinese painting exhibition was held in Liaohe Art Museum (co-sponsored by the Career Development Department of China Artists Association, Panjin Cultural Bureau and Liaohe Cultural Industrial Park).
