He used to be a member of the Chinese Painting Creation Group of the Ministry of Culture, a member of the Presidium of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and a member of the UNESCO Expert Group. He has published night berth painting collection, Wang Xuezhong painting collection, Wang Xuezhong calligraphy art, Chinese painting study spectrum, calligraphy highlights, prose collection, Four Records of Mohai, Miao Mian Collection, Wang Xuezhong Prose Collection, poetry collection, Seeing the World with Three Eyes, Selected Short Poems of Wang Xuezhong and Wang Xuezhong Painting and Calligraphy. He was awarded the Luxun Prize for Literature and Art, the World Peace and Culture Award, and the Seventh National Plastic Performing Arts Award. There are Wang Xuezhong Art Institute of Tianjin University, Wang Xuezhong Art Museum of Tengzhou City, Shandong Province, Wang Xuezhong Painting Museum of Qufu City, Shandong Province, and Wang Xuezhong Art Exhibition Hall of Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province (Naixue Academy).
